Rondivo — Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Rondivo is operated by Karim El Guerzyfy, auto-entrepreneur, ICE [ICE], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Fès, Morocco ("Rondivo", "we", "us"). Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].
This policy explains what personal data Rondivo processes, why, and what rights you have under Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. It covers two groups of people: clinics and their staff who use Rondivo, and patients who join a clinic's queue.
1. Who is responsible for your data
- Clinic and staff account data: Rondivo (Karim El Guerzyfy) is the data controller.
- Patient data in a clinic's queue: the clinic is the data controller. Rondivo processes this data only on the clinic's behalf, to run its queue. Patients can send requests to the clinic or to us; we will pass them on and help the clinic answer.
CNDP declaration: [CNDP DECLARATION / RECEIPT NUMBER]
2. What data we process
Clinics and staff
- Account data: email address and password (the password is stored only in hashed form).
- Clinic details: clinic name, address, phone number, opening hours, number of rooms and public page address.
- Queue statistics shown in the dashboard, such as the number of patients and waiting times.
- Billing data: chosen plan, invoices and payment records.
- Messages exchanged with us by email or WhatsApp.
Patients
- The name entered when joining the queue.
- The phone number entered when joining, used only to make sure one number holds one place in the queue.
- Queue data: position, time of joining, calls and missed calls.
Patients do not need an account. Rondivo does not collect medical information, and clinics are not allowed to enter it.
3. Why we process it
- To provide the service: running the queue, the wall screen, the console and the dashboard (necessary to perform our contract with the clinic).
- To verify clinics before approving their registration (necessary to perform the contract and to protect the service).
- To invoice clinics and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To provide support (necessary to perform the contract).
- To keep the service secure and prevent abuse, for example one place per phone number (our legitimate interest).
We never sell personal data. We never use phone numbers for advertising or marketing, and we never show them to anyone, clinic staff included.
4. What is shown publicly
- Patient names appear on the clinic's public page and wall screen in shortened form: first name and initial of the surname (for example "Karim G."). Full names are visible only to clinic staff in the assistant console.
- Phone numbers are never displayed.
- No presence or absence status is shown on any public page.
- Clinic details (name, address, phone number, opening hours) are public on the clinic's page.
5. How long we keep it
- Patient phone numbers: deleted once the patient has been seen or has left the queue.
- Patient names and queue entries: [RETENTION PERIOD].
- Clinic account data: for as long as the subscription lasts, then deleted within 30 days of the account being closed.
- Invoices and billing records: for the period required by Moroccan law.
6. Who we share it with
We share data only with the providers that run our infrastructure, and only as needed for them to provide their services to us:
- Supabase — database and authentication, with servers in Frankfurt, Germany.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
We may also disclose data to public authorities when the law requires it. We share data with no one else.
7. Transfers outside Morocco
Our database is hosted in Germany, in the European Union. These transfers are carried out in accordance with Articles 43 and 44 of Law No. 09-08.
8. Security
We protect data with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls that let each clinic see only its own data, restricted administrative access, and limited retention periods. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will inform the clinics concerned without undue delay.
9. Cookies and browser storage
Rondivo uses only what is needed for the service to work: cookies that keep clinic staff signed in, and storage in the patient's browser that remembers their place in the queue. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
10. Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08 you have the right to:
- be informed about how your data is processed;
- access your data;
- have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or deleted;
- object, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of your data;
- refuse the use of your data for marketing.
To exercise these rights, write to [CONTACT EMAIL]. We may ask you to confirm your identity. You can also file a complaint with the CNDP (Commission Nationale de contrôle de la protection des Données à caractère Personnel), www.cndp.ma.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will tell clinics about material changes by email or in the app before they take effect. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
