Rondivo — Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 September 2026
Rondivo is operated by Karim El Guerzyfy, auto-entrepreneur, ICE [ICE], [BUSINESS ADDRESS], Fès, Morocco ("Rondivo", "we", "us"). Contact: [CONTACT EMAIL].
These Terms of Use govern the use of Rondivo by medical and dental clinics ("the Clinic", "you") and their staff. By creating an account and ticking the acceptance box at registration, the Clinic agrees to these Terms and to the Rondivo Privacy Policy. The person registering confirms that they are authorised to act on behalf of the Clinic.
1. The service
Rondivo is an online queue management service. It lets a Clinic run a position-based digital queue: patients join through the Clinic's public page, follow their position remotely, and come back when their turn is near. The service includes:
- a public patient page for the Clinic;
- a wall screen view, displayed on the Clinic's own screen;
- an assistant console to operate the queue;
- a doctor dashboard with queue statistics.
Rondivo is an organisational tool only. It is not a medical device, it does not provide medical advice, and it must not be used to manage emergencies. Medical priority between patients always remains the Clinic's decision.
2. Registration and approval
- Registration is reserved for medical and dental clinics. Each registration is reviewed and verified manually before access is granted. We may refuse a registration.
- The Clinic must provide accurate information (clinic name, address, phone number, opening hours) and keep it up to date.
- The Clinic is responsible for keeping its login credentials confidential and for all activity under its account. The Clinic must tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.
3. Free trial, plans and payment
- Approved clinics receive a 14-day free trial with full access to the service.
- After the trial, continued access requires a paid plan. Current plans and prices are listed on the Pricing page. Every plan includes the full service.
- Payment is made by cash or bank transfer against an invoice we send. Card payments are not currently accepted.
- If an invoice is not paid by its due date, we may suspend access after giving notice, until payment is received.
- We may change our prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from the next billing period; periods already paid are not affected.
- Amounts paid for a period that has already started are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where we end the service ourselves without fault on the Clinic's part (see section 9).
4. Equipment and setup
The Clinic provides its own screen for the wall display, its own internet connection, and the devices its staff use. We help with setup in person or by phone. We are not responsible for the Clinic's equipment or internet connection.
5. How the Clinic uses Rondivo
The Clinic agrees to:
- operate its queue fairly and in line with the rules shown to patients, including the demotion rule: a patient who misses their call moves back exactly 3 places, and a patient who misses a second call is removed from the list;
- use Rondivo only to manage patient queues at its own premises;
- never enter medical information (diagnoses, treatments, reasons for the visit) into Rondivo;
- inform its patients that it uses Rondivo;
- not attempt to access other clinics' data, disrupt or overload the service, copy or reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Patient data: our role and yours
- For patient data entered into the Clinic's queue (patient names, and the phone numbers used to join), the Clinic is the data controller (responsable du traitement) under Law No. 09-08, and Rondivo acts as its processor (sous-traitant).
- As processor, we: process patient data only to run the Clinic's queue; never sell it or use it for advertising; never show phone numbers to anyone, Clinic staff included; delete phone numbers once the patient has been seen; apply appropriate security measures; restrict access to authorised persons; inform the Clinic without undue delay of any security incident affecting its patients' data; and help the Clinic answer patients' requests.
- The Clinic remains responsible for its own obligations as controller under Law No. 09-08, including any formalities with the CNDP.
- Patient names appear on the Clinic's public page and wall screen in shortened form (first name and initial of the surname). Full names are visible only to Clinic staff in the assistant console.
- The Clinic authorises us to use the hosting providers listed in the Privacy Policy, including servers located in the European Union.
7. Availability
We work to keep Rondivo available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, internet outages or problems at our hosting providers may interrupt the service. We will try to announce planned maintenance in advance. We recommend the Clinic keeps a simple fallback, such as a paper list, for outages.
8. Intellectual property
The Rondivo software, design, name and logo belong to us. During its subscription, the Clinic receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for its own queue. The Clinic keeps ownership of the information it enters about itself.
9. Suspension and termination
- The Clinic may stop using Rondivo at any time by telling us. Access continues until the end of the period already paid.
- We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, breach of these Terms or misuse, after notice where reasonable. In serious cases (a security risk or unlawful use) we may suspend access immediately.
- We may discontinue the service with at least 30 days' notice. In that case we refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
- After an account is closed, we delete the Clinic's account data within 30 days, except what we must keep by law, such as invoices.
10. Liability
- The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, lost patients or harm to reputation.
- We are not responsible for medical decisions, for the order in which the Clinic chooses to see its patients, or for disputes between the Clinic and its patients.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid by the Clinic in the 3 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Moroccan law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will tell clinics about material changes by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means the Clinic accepts the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails, the competent courts of Fès have jurisdiction.
